CT CAN Nominees

ct can nominees

CT CAN End Homelessness is a transformative, statewide campaign grounded in a Collective Impact framework, focused on preventing and solving homelessness in Connecticut. We have been implementing a restructuring process to enhance communication flow, clarify the purpose of our committee, ensure it is representative of our communities, frontline staff, and individuals with lived experience, and establish clear goals and objectives. We are truly thankful for your feedback and participation during this process!
