Training & Technical Assistance

CCEH provides a wide variety of training and technical assistance for organizations across Connecticut. This assistance helps build the capacity of our housing and homeless service system by working with partners and communities, from homeless service providers to state and local government entities, to develop and implement strategies promoting best practices in Housing First and build the state’s capacity to end homelessness.

Trainings & Webinars

CCEH provides in-person trainings and live/recorded webinars on core methods of ending homelessness (housing first, diversion, coordinated access) as well as specialized topics based upon the needs of Connecticut providers (LGBTQ, animals in shelters, domestic violence). Please contact training@cceh.org to request a training or discuss technical assistance for you or your team.

Annual Training Institute

CCEH’s Annual Training Institute is Connecticut’s premier capacity-building event for organizations working to prevent and end homelessness. This full-day conference held each May, brings together service providers, policy makers and other stakeholders in homeless and housing services to provide information on best practices from our state and across the nation.
