During this time of the COVID-19 crisis it is even more important to be housing focused so individuals can be permanently housed, which will maximize their ability to social distance. CCEH will be conducting a webinar for service providers that will review best practices to ensure that experiences of homelessness are rare, brief, and nonrecurring. Guidance will be given on eligibility, how to have problem solving conversations while developing exit strategies, access emergency assistance funds, develop housing plans, and landlord engagement. The targeted audience for this webinar is shelter staff and shelter case managers.
