The first Friday of every month, CCEH will facilitate a diversion learning collaborative.  Attendees include diversion frontline staff, diversion supervisors, 211 housing leads, and DOH.  These meetings include opportunities for diversion practice work, resource and idea sharing, as well as informative presentations from Community Partners.  Our goal is to give frontline staff up to date information on resources available and to help develop the skills used in conducting problem solving conversations.
