This training will address the diverse experiences of the LGBTQ population and equip participants with the language and conceptual understanding they need to provide informed and effective care to this population. The training will clarify best practices against a backdrop of evolving legal rights, fair housing, healthcare politics, and the structural barriers to health and stability facing this populations.
