CCEH is working with Nutmeg, ODFC and CT BOS to improve data quality as it relates to measures of project success. The measurement used by HUD is the System Performance Measures (SPMs) for Street Outreach, Emergency Shelter, Safe Haven, Transitional Housing, Rapid Rehousing and Permanent Supportive Housing projects in HMIS. Funding and project renewal is contingent upon scoring well on the SPM metrics.
CCEH will be working with providers to review data quality issues related to the SPM measures, specifically those measures related to the data quality metrics on the Annual Performance Reports (APRs) for the time period 10/1/2020 – 9/30/2021.
