The CT CAN End Homelessness 2025 Legislative Agenda is the result of a months-long collaborative process, and reflects the input received from homeless response providers, front-line staff, agency partners, legislators, Coordinated Access Networks, and people with lived experience of homelessness from across the state.
This year, we are asking the legislature act decisively to secure sustainable investments in prevention, crisis response, and housing, as well as policy solutions to address the homelessness crisis. Together, we can build a resilient, compassionate response system that prevents homelessness, responds effectively, and ensures housing stability for all.
