Mary Ann (Mimi) Haley
Mary Ann Haley joined the CT Coalition to End Homelessness in May 2015 as Deputy Director. Some of her roles include overseeing statewide training and technical assistance, leading the Rapid Re-Housing Learning Collaborative, the Taskforce on Re-entry, and the organization’s efforts to end youth homelessness. She has also led the organization’s efforts to build the state’s capacity to integrate diversion into its coordinated entry process. She has been trained as a trainer by Ed Boyte of the Cleveland Mediation Institute in shelter diversion and has been training for the last two years both across CT and in other communities. Haley also has an extensive history working in social service organizations with a background in program development, quality assurance, compliance, and advocacy. Haley is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and holds a Ph.D. from New York University.
