Housing Plans for All Clients


Many providers are being challenged to house some of their clients with unique circumstances. Some difficult dilemmas include how to assist with clients who exhibit resistance to housing placement, how to serve clients banned from shelter, and how to overcome significant mental health and/or substance abuse barriers. Together, we can work toward creative solutions to house all individuals and families experiencing homeless in Connecticut.
