Goals:

1. Provide information about Youth Count results, Legal Rights, Resources, YPAR, asset mapping
2. Facilitate discussion about experiences and lessons learned between participants
3. Share Youth Workgroup Plan and facilitate collaboration about defining next steps to ending youth homelessness and sustaining the momentum of work completed from Youth Count
4. Begin process of helping districts/Youth Count Sites define next action steps
